When booking an appointment with Zaharko Philocaly you agree to the following conditions:
1.1 In these terms and conditions, “Zaharko Philocaly” means Zaharko Philocaly located in Den Haag,Teunisbloemplein 19
1.2 These conditions apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between Zaharko Philocaly and the client to which
Zaharko Philocaly has declared these conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not deviated from these conditions explicitly and in writing.
1.3.In these terms and conditions, “client” means the person who orders treatment from Zaharko Philocaly.
1.4.In these terms and conditions, “client” also includes his legal representative.
1.5. In these terms and conditions, “treatment” is understood to mean the treatment for permanent make up using the equipment
and associated aids to be handled by Zaharko Philocaly.
1.6. These conditions form part of every agreement between the client and Zaharko Philocaly.
1.7. If there is any uncertainty about the interpretation of one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions or if a situation arises between the parties that is not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the explanation must take place ‘in the spirit’ of these provisions.
2.1. The agreement between Zaharko Philocaly and the client includes the client’s assignment to Zaharko Philocaly for treatment.
2.2.Zaharko Philocaly is entitled not to respond to an unreasonable and / or unusual request from the client and may refuse to perform a treatment.
2.4.The client gives unconditional and without reservation – in view of the care taken – consent to the registration of his personal data and medical data that are relevant to the treatment and the settlement of the treatment.
2.5. Zaharko Philocaly may require the client to confirm his consent in writing.
The client must inform Zaharko Philocaly in good time and keep it informed of all information that is necessary for the proper execution of the agreement.
4.1. For each treatment (with the exception of an intake and the free follow-up treatment (only applies once)) a deposit must be made.
This must be paid online immediately when scheduling the appointment. If an appointment is scheduled on location, the down payment must be paid at the desk on location. In the absence of the deposit, Zaharko Philocaly reserves the right to cancel the appointment without notifying the client.
4.2. Appointments can only be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. The customer has the right to move his / her appointment free of charge. The deposit will then be taken to the new appointment. The appointment must be scheduled within 6 months after the original appointment, otherwise the down payment will lapse.
4.3. In cases of cancellation / rescheduling of appointments where the appointment takes place within 48 hours, the down payment will be withheld and the customer must again pay a down payment for a new appointment.
4.4. Zaharko Philocaly mentions prices of treatments on the website and, if necessary, confirms these to the client prior to the treatment.
The reported prices include 21% VAT.
4.5. The client pays cash or by pin immediately after the treatment.
4.6. If Zaharko Philocaly treats the client on account, the client will ensure full payment within 14 days and the relevant amount will be paid into the relevant account of Zaharko Philocaly, stating the invoice number and type of treatment.
4.7. In the event that the client does not pay the invoice on time and / or in full after request or demand from Zaharko Philocaly, it is in default and in default. Zaharko Philocaly is then entitled to charge the client the statutory interest on the invoice amount or the remainder thereof.
Zaharko Philocaly is then also authorized to take collection measures or have them taken without further notice. The costs associated with the collection (including extrajudicial costs and other costs) are for the account of the client.
5.1. It is up to the customer to do as much research as possible about the treatment.
Zaharko Philocaly has all the information about the treatments on the site and assumes that the customer reads this carefully before the treatment takes place.
5.2. Client makes appointment online via our website www.zaharko-pmu.nl.
This is the only way and website where you can make an appointment at Zaharko Philocaly.
5.3. If an appointment is prevented, the client must notify Zaharko Philocaly by email as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
5.4. If the client does not arrive or arrives at the salon 15 minutes or later than the agreed time, Zaharko Philocaly reserves the right to cancel the appointment and to calculate the full fee.
5.5. It is not allowed to book an appointment if you already have old permanent make-up, unless you have first received approval from Zaharko Philocaly.

Photos must be taken with rear not selfie camera.
5.6. The free touch up treatment for permanent make-up treatments must take place after a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 9 weeks after the first treatment.
You should schedule after treatment immediately after you have scheduled a new treatment.
If, for whatever reason, you are not able to show up within 9 weeks for your free follow-up treatment, it will expire. You are free to book a paid follow-up treatment.
5.7. If you want to change your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you can use your down payment up to 6 months afterwards.
5.8. Appointments must be canceled by e-mail. The cancellation will be registered when the cancellation is received by Zaharko Philocaly.
If the client wishes to cancel her appointment by telephone, this falls within the responsibility of the client.
The fact that Zaharko Philocaly cannot be reached by telephone cannot be a reason for not making the appointment or not making an appointment on time.
6.1. If an event occurs during the treatment, including the failure to perform a treatment, not fully or not on time, which leads to liability on the part of Zaharko Philocaly, then that liability is limited to the amount to which Zaharko Philocaly takes out liability insurance. However, Zaharko Philocaly is not liable if, at the time when the event occurs, the client is in default of any obligation towards Zaharko Philocaly.
6.2. Zaharko Philocaly cannot give any guarantee about the amount of treatment (s), or the number of treatments to achieve the desired result.
6.3. Zaharko Philocaly is not liable for damage to the skin caused by tattoos, piercings, birthmarks and / or pigmentation spots.
6.4. Zaharko Philocaly is not liable for (worsened) pigmentation on skin after the treatment (s).
6.5. Zaharko Philocaly is not liable for failure to provide proper aftercare.
6.6. The Client must provide sufficient information and knowledge about the treatments.
6.7. Zaharko Philocaly is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that the client has taken to the salon.
